So, another one bites the dust.

I like that Avery's reward money going to Boyd is just the cheese to tempt the rat, according to Raylan.

I didn't really get Raylan destroying all of Arlo's mementos in his old Army lockbox/footlocker. I think he retrieved an old photo of his mom, though.

Arlo has cast a big, dark shadow on Raylan's life for a long time. It looks like Raylan is finally letting it go (that metaphor did not really work for the second part...a cloud finally blocked the sun and eliminated the shadow? :p )

Here's hoping for a lot more Raylan/Boyd scenes.

I don't understand why Avery still has his money in the safe. Doesn't he know Boyd (or somebody) is after it? Why not just move it?

Agreed, unless it's a trap. Why let Raylan and Boyd see what's in there unless you're HOPING Boyd comes after it. And it seems as if he's going to do just that. NOW he may move it and let Boyd do a Geraldo.

If that line haunted anyone else...

    "El Diablo"
Anthony Edwards: "You shot him in the back!"
Lou Gossett: "His back was to me."

About 55 seconds or so in.

I was waiting for there to be a huge cloud of smoke as the floor collapsed when Zachariah blew the dynamite.

but even before that...Avery has lost all his men and basically has no protection of the vault...why not move it out then (before he even met with Raylan)?

Raylan looking at the money and then at Boyd makes me think that Raylan is setting it up with Avery to get Boyd.

That's what struck me as well...because if it wasn't a set-up, there was absolutely no reason for Markham to bring them to the vault. He could have just gone down and gotten the money himself.

I enjoyed the scene between Katherine and Art. I was surprised she gave him the file that implicates Markham that Wynn gave her.

It seems like the end of the series is going to be a huge mess of double-crossing: clearly Zachariah is intending to double-cross Boyd; Raylan has plans for both Boyd and Markham; Katherine is going to do in both Markham and Duffy and doesn't care much about Boyd. Boyd is apparently planning to take off and leave his crew high and dry, and Carl doesn't seem like he's trusting Boyd anymore. Who knows whether Boyd and Ava really trust each other. Sounds like it's going to be fun!!

In Arlo's shed, it looked to me like there was a door in the back that Raylan never opened. Or did I see it wrong?

That's what it looked like to me too, but I don't know why he wouldn't have opened it if it were really there.

I do not think Kathryn is the snitch. I also do not think Avery is the snitch. And I DO think this is what it all boils down to.

Raylan to Boyd -- "...there's a small part of me that's gonna miss this when it's over."
