Jeopardy S35 E01 in SF Bay Area

    I noticed that my TiVo OnePass for Jeopardy begins with S35 E02 on Tuesday 11 Sep 2018 here in the SF Bay Area. Any SF locals know why S35 E01 is not being broadcast on Monday 10 Sep 2018?

    Ah, yes. I see that one of the two NFL Week 1 MNF games starts 20 minutes into the Jeopardy time slot on the local ABC affiliate. And it’s an Oakland Raiders game.

    Looks like a local thing since Jeopardy is on my CBS channel and my MNF is on ESPN this week.

    All games are on OTA for local market teams. ESPN games are simulcast on a local OTA channel. Same with nfl channel games (for example, ravens on Thursday is NFL network but will be on local nbc affiliate here in Baltimore).

    confirmation that KGO doesn't care about giving us the season opener of Jeopardy! tonight.
    "Due to bringing you the #Rams-#Raiders #MondayNightFootball game, "Bachelor in Paradise" will air in its entirety overnight starting at 1:05 a.m. "Jeopardy!" and "Wheel of Fortune will be pre-empted and will not run overnight."

    Seems like they need to take a lesson from their sister station in L.A. -- KABC did air "Jeopardy!" at 2:07 A.M.

    Please complain to KGO.. I did.. (they DID send me an email on Monday saying it wouldn't be aired.. I replied asking how to complain to higher ups -- didn't get a response, I may respond again). I'm one who complains regularly when Jeopardy is preempted, which I *think* may have helped it SOMETIMES be aired in the middle of the night..

    THIS Week they ran a stupid Good Doctor RERUN instead of Jeopardy.. (I also missed ALL of World News Now, but missing that is way less bad than missing a new Jeopardy!)
