I have the exact same issue on my Bolt+ ... guess I have to use Roku for Hulu

I just recently signed up for Hulu on my Bolt & Mini - the app streams for around 20-30 mins then the frequency of pausing to buffer commences, quitting the app and restarting eliminates this, suggests to me that the app perhaps has a memory leak or similar resource issue in its buffering code, its not the bolt s/w since both netflix (4k) and Tivo do not demonstrate such issues...
Just curious. Can you play Blindspot on your TiVo Minis? I get error 5003 on all 4 of my minis. My Bolt Plus will play it but in 30 mins or so it starts pausing and crap. I had to buy Apple TVs to watch Hulu where to minis are setup. Now sometime minis will play certain selections on Hulu. I have a 350 + MBit connections which streams 3 4K sets at the same time so I am 100% sure it is not the connection. Every other service works great netflix, amazon, HBO GO and redbox... BTW the new ATVs are unreal

How do you restart the app? Or are you rebooting the bolt? I’ve been rebooting the bolt, but just use Roku now because it’s too annoying to do that for each episode I watch.
I just hit "live tv" then "tivo"->"apps"->"hulu" that appears to re-load/re-initialize the Hulu app, and then I simply resume the show from that point - its a PITA however it seems to rectify the buffering
problem (at least for around 30mins - when it reappears, which leads me to think its a resource leak)
I can't even get Hulu to play on my Tivo mini anymore. The other apps seem to work fine. Frustrating
Only if they had a TiVo app for the Apple TV !! It is shameful that TiVo and Hulu let this slide. I have talked to tech support a little over a year now since getting the Bolt + and 4 Minis. Multiple finger pointing and several issue case numbers later STILL DOES NOT WORK. Interesting how Hulu works great on the Apple TVs, Vizio & Samsung Smart TVs but not on TiVos. All are hooked to the same GB switch by RJ45 cat6e cables with each node 350mbs tested and yet the TiVo Hulu does not work. No issues with TiVo Netflix or Amazon Prime. When I figure out how to get the few channels we watch "a la carte" and buy a couple more 4K Apple TVs, goodbye Cable and good bye TiVo.
I had the exact issue with my original Tivo Mini. It got so bad that I spent the $150+ and bought the new Mini, and although now I don't have to totally restart the Mini like I did with the old one, I now, after 30 minutes, have to exit the app, then go back in, at which point it works again for another 30 minutes. This is so frustrating and it appears it's just something that will never be fixed. I guess I'll get a newer ROKU and set it up.
Joining the chorus: Hulu doesn't work on our Bolt. Starts, but after a while it hangs. Netflix on Bolt works. Hulu on my computer or phone works.
Hulu no longer works on my Bolt (as of about 6 weeks ago). All is normal with the Hulu Interface (including video related to the two brief commercials) right up until the actual video is supposed to play, then Error 5003. Network is hardwired and verified, all other streaming apps are normal. Hulu plays normally on any other device. I've seen complaints about this error on the Bolt in many blogs going back several years with no actual or practical solution. Where is TiVo on this? Where is the Solution for this?
