So... I got the 4 dots of death on my Bolt +. TiVo is sending me a replacement, but not only do I not have the content backed up, I don't even have a current list of SPs or my Wish Lists saved anywhere. Is there any way at all to access these once more? I have it plugged into the network, but neither TiVo Online, kmttg or the phone app can "see" the box. I do have to send the box back to TiVo so I can't do anything not allowed, but if I could just see the menus one more time... I am not a technical genius but I can follow clear directions... thanks for any help.
