Is there a way to schedule shows from cell phone?

Then you bought the wrong Slingbox. Every other unit (including the classic) would allow remote control and viewing of your Tivo on the cell phone. You can't do it with an Iphone.

 

Are there any other web browsers out there (Opera?) that might actually work for this? IE on Windows Media 5 and 6 is pretty weak.

 

Probably all of the newer NOKIA full web browsers. Can't tell you if opera would, but dont see why not. I would try full opera and what is it opera mini?
