Is my Roamio PRO's HD kaput

    For about the last 7 days my Roamio Pro has been rebooting sporadically. Yesterday I was sitting in front of it whilst watching a blu-ray and noticed that every 3-4 minutes the amber light started flashing. This kept going on for quite some time so I unplugged it and left it overnight.

    Today I attempted to run some kickstart codes 54,56, 57,58 . Although I get the correct sequence of flashing LED's non of the kickstart codes appear to work I just get a black screen after entering the code then after 2-3 minutes the Startup loop begins again.

    I get the welcome starting up screen and nothing else.

    I have 18 months left on my extended warranty so a TIVO swapout won't be an issue but I guess I can kiss goodbye to all of my recordings.

    I initiated a TIVO chat session about 30 minutes ago and seeing as though there is no one on the other side picking up I just started typing this post.
