I have the DWL-G122 adapter and I'm trying to hook it up because whenever we try and update through the phone line it will have call failure after 30 minutes. The current software is 5.3 on a tivo with 540 service number. We can't update to 7.2 because of the phone line - so we of course buy the adapter. Now we can't use the adapter - possibly because we need 7.2? Ugh. Any thoughts at all?
