iOS app: won’t connect

    my IPad app won’t connect to the TiVos. The app gets stuck at the black TiVo screen with the blue sliding bar at the top. Also, the app is no longer in the settings menu. If I turn off WiFi, I can view the content I downloaded last week, but I can’t stream or download new content. My iPhone is working just fine.

    Second time this has happened. Last time I deleted and reinstalled the app, but lost all downloaded content I doing so.

    Any advice is appreciated.

    I've had the same issue and only resolution that has worked for me is uninstalling and reinstalling. Now that I think about it, maybe there is a way to delete the user log-in data on the iPad to force it to re-authenticate. Maybe I'll try that next time.
