incompatability with Comcast and Bolt upgrade to New Experience

    Since up grading to new Vox remote, Netflix tunes out every 15-30 minutes. Only way to restore is to reboot but then it occurs again. Comcast advises problem is higher security for Comcast. Thy have tried to cure the problem by opening all my portals. Tivo software keeps closing them. Anybody with same problem? Cures?
