Advertisements I'm hoping you all will be able to assist with an issue that Tivo support does not have an answer to. I bought a new Roamio to replace one of my Premieres a month ago. The old Premiere is still showing, albeit grayed out, in the My Shows list. I have unplugged all Tivos, my router and cable modem for 8 hours, connected to Tivo service on all Tivos before viewing the My Shows list (a suggestion by Tivo as they said it would empty all capacitors fully), yet it is still there. The old Premiere does not show on my Tivo app or Tivo.com. Functionally, everything works fine. It's just annoying to see. Thanks in advance.
