Advertisements Just got a message on my Toshiba DVD Tivo basic unit. It says I don't have a broadband adapter and can't get Rocketboom. Well, there is no phone cord to my unit and it has been wireless from day one. I can switch to a phone line, but I am sure it costs Tivo more to connect this way. The message should say that because I don't pay to upgrade my service, I can't get Rocketboom. Sorry Tivo, I am not going to pay to upgrade to a yearly contract and you can lie about how I connect to get my listings all you want. I have 2 other units I pay for service for and will continue to watch Rocketboom on one of those units. Tivo needs to be honest to those of us who connect via broadband with basic service though.
