I got a M-Card and it works great with my Tivo HD!

After reading all the horror stories on here about CableCards I was prepared for the worst. But my cable installer came out with a MCard and a regular CableCard. The Tivo informed us that since the MCArd was installed we didn't need a 2nd card in the 2nd slot. The installation took a bit of time-but when it finally started-it all worked perfectly!! Everything went smoothly and I'm thoroughly impressed.

Does anyone else have a MultiStream Card? I know I'm uninformed but I wasn't even aware of their existence.

you're lucky, i've requested m-cards twice now (for two separate installs on two separate TiVo HDs) and according to my cable provider they're not available.

Yes, I have two THD's, each with an MCard.

If you insert a SCard or MCard in the second slot, the Tivo tells you to remove it, as it is not necessary (forget the exact phrase)

I haven't figured out all the changes in the cablecard screens yet (very different from an SCard), but working on it.
