About a week ago one of the OTA stations we record disappeared from Tivo. Apparently the station did make a change, moving the main 32-1 channel from 'frequency 33' to 'frequency 24'.

I believe that info is contained in the 'guide' downloaded from Tivo but apparently it is still reading freq. 33 incorrectly so this channel is unavailable to us.

What is the proper way to fix this?

Tune to the correct channel, and tell them the new frequency from Settings / help / system information & info / diagnostics.

Looks like they moved the CW from RF33 to RF24 due to ASTC 3.0 (something new that is being tested in markets)
They are on RF24 which is where your ABC is also.

In the link posted above you can enter it like this

By the way the subchannels (AntennaTV, CourtTv and TBD) that use to be on the same RF station as CW moved to RF25 and are piggybacking off KOIN CBS
Also the My Network station (Fox 12 Plus) moved from RF30 to RF12 and is piggybacking on the FOX station

Maybe I'm just too dense here but the previous reply contains only an image of a form for missing channels... that's not a link. Can you send the link again please?

You are referring to post #4 and I am referring to post #3 (previous reply)

    So, you are too dense.
