How to change cable settings?

    The cable settings on my tivo are for a different cablebox a comcast from a different state since i used to be setup at my mothers....

    I researched this topic on tivo.com and the only answer i found to this problem is to re-run guided setup. Is that the only way to solve this problem?

    Yes, Guided Setup is the way to resolve this.

    Go into messages and setup and find where they ask what kind of box you have.

    Nevermind, i just found the answer when i began to go into guided setup..and ti stated reasons to repeat guided setup...change of zip code...im in a totally different state than what this tivo is setup for...beginning guided setup now...
