So we are a few weeks away from the 9/11 10th Anniversary. Here's an article that talks to this and lists a lot of the documentaries and news coverage planned for the event.

How much will you watch? I was very close to the event having been only a few blocks from the WTC. I'm not sure how much coverage I can actually watch before it starts to get to me. But there are a couple of documentaries that look interesting, starting with one that starts tomorrow on the rebuilding of the old WTC spot.

I have watched some in the past, but none this year. We will never forget, but that doesn't mean we have to relive it every year.

I'm going to watch the Rising series on Discovery. Other than that I'll have to see what other NEW shows there are.

I'm in the none camp as well. I never watch the news on TV. So, I won't see anything about it on Fox News, CNN, etc... I won't be seeking any coverage out either.

Less than an hour, probably. I am somewhat interested in the Nat. Geo. interview with GWB, but I'll probably only watch that if I happen to be flipping channels when it's on...

I wonder if he'll explain his lost little boy expression when told the news of the attacks.

I thought about making a poll but decided against it.

I'm rather surprised by this actually. I figured people would watch as a historical thing if not for any personal feelings about it. In the same way someone might watch a special about WW II. I guess for many of us, the memories are still a bit recent. No need to be reminded.

This is exactly what it is, and coupled with the fact that, even though this is the 10th anniversary and therefore, theoretically a "milestone" anniversary, they've been having plenty of coverage, analysis and re-hashing every anniversary since the event.

It would be one thing if there'd been little or no discussion of it for awhile, but everything that can be said about it has been said over, and over, and over again. Recently.

There's no need to watch the same thing yet again.
