I have had two TiVo Minis for quite some time. One of them failed in the past. It simply quit working. Lately, another Tivo Mini I have will display that it has "Lost Connection." It is connected via Ethernet cable and everything else om that switch seems good. I pretty much touch just about any button on the remote control and all seems well again. I suspect that it might be getting ready to fail. Is there anything else I should try? Perhaps a master reset on the Mini? Or, am I wasting my time and ought to simply call Tivo Support in the morning?
