How can I listen to this radio station?

If I try on my computer, it slows the computer down and the computer freezes often.

I found one radio station on iHeartRadio and have only listened through my Roamio for the past month or so.

Another is available through these web sites:

    tunein.com/radio/Easy-1059-s28660/

    or

    radio.securenetsystems.net/ce/index.cfm?stationCallSign=WEZV

Is there a way to add an app to Roamio that will let me listen?

But it's not available through iHeart. I know that's there because I've been listening to it.

Amazon echo is a separate piece of hardware.

So I have to have the Alexa to do it?

I remember now. "Alexa, play Easy 105.9 and Easy 100.7". No, I'm not getting one of those. I didn't know why anyone would do that but since I'm having trouble playing radio stations on my computer, I guess it is worthwhile. I need to add I have gotten numerous messages telling me my Adobe Flash is outdated. I didn't want to deal with that and then when I asked how to stop those messages I was told they were fake and if I downloaded anything, it would be something bad.

I see Alexa is listed on my Roamio but I'm not sure how to make it work. I'm supposed to sign in and enter a code but I don't know how to do that.

"Open the Amazon Alexa app on your mobile device."

I don't have a mobile device. I have a desktop and two TiVos. Three if you count the one only connected to a phone line.

    Harley,
I don't know if there is something wrong with your computer or your internet provider, but audio alone normally is a tiny, not cpu intensive, download.
I googled "tunein.com/radio/Easy-1059-s28660/" and clicked on the first link...it's been playing for about a half hour now, while I go about surfing, downloading, transfering, with about 4 windows open the entire time. I am on Fios 75/75.
I also went and opened the same link on 3 other computers....all playing the same station in Myrtle Beach with absolutely no problems.

All I know is that when I don't listen to the radio, the computer doesn't freeze. Now the securesystems web site does have ads, but I don't know why that would cause more problems than ads on other sites.

I'll try tunein and see if it works.

    Doesn't work. Never has.

secureystems worked for a few minutes but quit, though when I went back to it, it was just reloading. It just quit again and this time I was getting a pornographic spyware warning. The ads are useless considering I'm almost never looking at the page. The radio station has ads and I hear them.

I'm still looking for a solution involving my Roamio. Right now I am listening to iHeartRadio and while I would like to go back to the other station, I know that it was at 1:57 (it is 2:30 in my time zone now) that I saved an email draft. I was worried I would lose it after so much work. I couldn't do anything else and had to shut down the computer. Even trying to use the back button with securesystems gave me no results except a different URL at the top of the page. No ads on the screen with securesystems at that time.

Not that this is relevant to a forum about TiVo, but the computer froze shortly after I went to one problematic web site (maybe too many ads) and clicked to see more and ended up with a new tab I didn't want. I wish someone would come up with a warning that would let me close a problem web site before it freezes everything.

    Harley,
Something is wrong with your computer or setup or whatever the heck "secure
I don't know what "securesystems" is or what it is supposed to be doing, but from the sound of it your computer is both insecure and possibly running a bunch of malware.
I would suggest you find, download and install the free version of Malwarebytes, and then run it and allow it to remove anything it finds.
You don't mention what browser you are using on the internet, but many have some version of adware blockers in the form of addons, find and use one.

I think your computer has lots of spyware and Malware, slowing it down.

Suggest you go to www.superantispyware.com, download their program (all you need is the free version) to run. It will scan your computer and harddrive(s) for viruses, spyware, malware, etc. and remove them.

Something is wrong with your PC is the tunein.com link doesn't work (works fine here on that station). You still haven't answered what securesystems website is (what's the URL), but I too suspect some form of virus, trojan or malware.

While the link "tunein.com/radio/Easy-1059-s28660/" works on my Win 10 Pro computers, any attempt to play the stations results in an error.

Works here with Windows 10 Home in Edge but not in IE 11. Can't speak to any other browser.

It was IE11. Plays with Edge.

Checking with Taskmgr, it looks like a 48Kbps stream.

I had been sticking with IE11 for a number of reasons, but its getting to the point where a number of websites won't work with it so just started giving Edge another try.
