Help with v58 error

    Just got hbo from comcast. My Bolt is fine but my Roamio won't cooperate. Any thoughts? It says contact my cable provider.

    Turns out the card just needed a little bump. All is well. My second straight Matt only thread!!

    May as well ad what I thought would be yet another thread- As I was going through guided setup again I saw that things looked a little different than what I was used to. Things had a TE3 look to them. Sure enough, I thought for sure that somehow I had been rolled back which was not unusual seeing that the box was doing strange things last evening. Turned out I saw TE4 after all downloading was done. I AM SEEING THE GREY ARROW SCREEN NOW BEFORE RECORDINGS . This is a Roamio Plus which never showed the arrow before!

    If it wasn't for all the really stupid tweets, I would feel TiVo was just an answering service.

    I have to add...I got a rep at Comcast/Xfinity who after hearing about my issue said "well at least you got the right person for the problem". That problem being no HBO on my Roamio but no problem on Bolt. She quickly told me she would refresh the card; got my host id and asked me to go to another screen which basically confirmed the reception of the refresh signal and HBO appeared like manna from heaven!! Things work quite well when trained, competent people are helping you.
