Hi all! I have a 3TB Bolt+ that recently experienced the 4 Flashing Lights problem. Fortunately for me, TiVo has offered to send me a new unit. Here's the problem: the old TiVo is dead.

It seems like TiVo online used to have more information stored there, like your OnePasses, preferences, etc. But now it seems to be all local on the unit.

So my question is: Is there any way to recover anything? Specifically:
    1. Because I never get around to watching everything, the old HD was about 80% full. My assumption is all those recordings are gone.
    2. A bigger hassle: All my OnePasses seem to be gone too. Is there any way to recover that list?
Thanks in advance for any insights.

Unfortunately the answer to both is no at this point. You can use kmttg to backup and restore your OnePasses but obviously you need to maintain that backup before a hard drive fails.
