Help, TiVo "cannot be found" but all tests check good

    Hi,
    For several years, I've been using a Roamio in the living room and have one Mini in the bedroom, connected by MoCA. All working fine until tonight on the Mini, when I started getting the "Living Room Tivo cannot be found, check network settings" error message on the TiVo Central menu. Cannot watch live TV or recorded shows with the Mini. Roamio working fine. Went to Network Settings on the Mini and all tests passed -- Tivo Service Connection, TCP Port Test and DNS Test all "Succeeded". Also tried restarting the Mini (3 times), but the problem persists. Checked all connectors, everything seems good and tight.

    Any suggestions? Since the Network Settings menu says connections are OK but TiVo Central says no connection, I'm guessing something is wrong with the Mini.

    try restarting your Roamio

    if that doesn’t work, try restarting your network

    Thanks very much, all good now. I should have tried restarting the Roamio before posting.
