Didn't order because it says that Domino's is only available for pick up, not delivery (which is not true, they do deliver to my address.)

    Nope.

    1) No Coupons.

    2) Not all menu items are available. (Oven roast sandwiches for example.

I think that if anyone would consider doing it (regardless of brand) should do it atleast once.. let TiVo know that the idea interests people... then let them think twice about it (missing features, only one brand, etc) when no one ever orders a 2nd time. I hope this idea does get "sold" to other brands of Pizzerias (or take out Chineese food :D ). Pappa Johns and one of my local "take and bake" pizza joints would get a HUGE:  and a LOT of repeated usage

    Edit...
I almost think this thread should be re-located to the TiVo Suggestions forum

Ditto on the lack of coupon savings. Half the price ordering with coupons on phone.

Maybe Dominos has marketing $ for pizza. The money either goes to the customer in the form of coupons or goes to tivo as a commission/advertisement/partnership fee.

I agree with the pp, local pizzeria's offer better food.

I ordered pizza via TiVo, but it was purely for blogging purposes. :) I'd consider it again if some decent discounts came my way or they add those new subs to the menu. But the experience wasn't great - the Dominos guy couldn't find my place, so I had to climb down 4 flights of stairs and wander around the community for 10 minutes playing cell phone tag with him to find my pizza. And since ordering, Dominos has robocalled me on my cell a few times which kinda sucks.

Domino's doesn't deliver to my house for some reason - I'm in some sort of dead zone.

Not that it matters, as the one or two times I've had Domino's I really wasn't a fan anyway. If I'm going chain, I'll do Papa John's, but there are plenty of other decent local pizza places.

Can you use the TiVo mobile site so you, your pizza and your download all get to your house at the same time and you can start watching and eating right away?

I'd have to agree that the biggest problem is that it's Dominos.

Wow, lots of hate for Domino's. It's not my favorite pizza either, but it's not terrible, and it's the only place that will deliver to our house.

My main problem with the TiVo interface is that it doesn't offer the ability to pay with a credit card, like the PC interface does. (At least I couldn't find that capability the one time I tried it.)

One note, for those lamenting the unavailability of coupons: you *can* repeat a previous order that included an online coupon. I agree, though, that the system ought to let you view and select coupons, as you can on the PC.

The Pizza Tracker is cool, but it doesn't work like it should. It should be a background process that pops up messages while you watch TV.

This capability seems like cramming in a technology just because you can; not market driven at all. It seems like all of those interactive TV apps that are demo'ed. Hey, I could be wrong and have been proven wrong before. Just my take.

    That's very sad.

I live out in the sticks, relatively, but fortunately have several non-fast-food pizza places close enough to deliver that are easily 5 times better than Dominos. I'd eat Dominos if there was no other alternative, but I'm lucky not to be in that boat. :)

the only good product I've ever had from Dominos is there Cheesy Bread Sticks. I don't know what they do differently, its the same dough as the pizza, but their bread sticks are 100x better than their pizza
