Advertisements My DirecTiVo is not cooperating with me today. When I go to live TV, I get an message saying that the DVR service is unavailable. When I go to the TiVo menu > Now Playing, I get a message saying that there is a hardware problem and it won't work until the issue has been fixed. When I press the Live TV button on the remote, a screen with the TiVo logo comes up giving some troubleshooting ideas, but after 15 seconds or so, the box reboots. Any ideas?
