Guide Issues Widespread?

    Been getting a lot of shows with "Title Information Unavailable" now on my Bolt.
    I forced schedule updates a couple times and rebooted a couple times like they suggest but nothing was helping.

    Hopped onto to Customer Support Live Chat and they told me:
    "We are cerently receiving related reports and our team is still gathering information cases to cases."

    They suggested repeating the Guided Setup should solve the problems so going to do that later but was more curious if anybody else has seen this or if the customer service rep was blowing smoke about gathering information.

    Yes I called and reported yesterday. Started a thread yesterday too.
