Since the switch to Rovi guide data many are missing guide data. We have to open ticket and then wait and wait sometimes a month for someone to read it and fix it. SOLUTION: Tivo should write a script. it would read the guide data for each City (I know they have access to this). It would then output into a spreadsheet all the Channels that say "To Be Announced". Then they can proactively fix the channel before we the customers have to call it in or open a ticket. CATV companies constantly add or change channels, I do not know why this script is already in place. It is so simple. I got to wonder if this is how the NewsCorp (or what ever they call it now) does it as their Guide data is near perfect.
