We haven't watched the last 5 minutes yet, but I'll post anyway. Another show with 2 and a half show tunes. I was, again, wondering aloud why I sit and watch this.

But then, "Forget you" was fun. So was Conjunction Junction (but that kid in class was right - it was trippy).

It was a pause and laugh moment for me when Sue referred to Mercedes as "Jackée." :D

Rachel in a red trench coat wearing a mask that made it so she couldn't talk made me think they were going to kill Rachel. You Bastards!

Oh, and if you want a good version of the C-Lo song, look for the version William Shatner sang on George Lopez. (Oddly, he sang the F word and let them bleep it, but substituted "stuff" for the S-word, which the Glee people just sang as Shhhh. Double odd because that S word is in the title of Shatner's sitcom.).

Cee Lo's original version of "Forget You" also used "shhh", so at least Glee was faithful to that version.

Wait, now. You cannot enjoy music if it comes from a Broadway show or a movie?

So as you may know, I've been on the fence whether I want to watch this show or not. So I watched the Rocky Horror episode and rather enjoyed it. And then I watched this episode and I have realized why I have been avoiding this show for so long. This was the ultimate suckfest. At least for me. My wife liked it, but I can see now that I am not the target audience for Glee. Might give it one more show, but I'm thinking more and more that the reason I liked the Rocky Horror episode has more to do with me liking Rocky Horror and those songs and less to do with enjoying Glee. The character you all seem to love, is the character I find the most unbearable to watch (tracksuit lady).

Well, in fairness, I find Sue to be more annoying than not, and don't consider that I'm watching the show because of her as much as I consider that I'm watching the show despite her. But she has some moments. But not as often as not having moments.

However, to get a proper feeling for Sue's character, you pretty much have to have watched every episode, because otherwise you could get an extremely skewed idea of her character.

So ignore her until you do that. :)

At first I enjoyed Sue but lately she is turning into an angry vindictive type of person who I wish would get less screen time.

Lately? She's been portrayed as angry and vindictive since the very first episode. And that's what makes her character the best thing about Glee.

No, she's most recently been portrayed as a complete twit with no consistency in how she deals with anybody episode to episode. The latest Sue debacle was her bizarre behavior taking over as principal. The explanations just get more outlandish and her behavior less consistent each episode.

Of course, half the time the show can't decide if it's about kids in a Glee club in high school or a general variety show with no plot at all, that has a few regulars.

Sue showed potential with some level of growth and understanding over time; but they can't decide whether to keep it or not. The writers are being very inconsistent. Big surprise.

Just watched this episode. One thing to say. I LOVE Gwyneth. There is something about how attractive she is coupled with her singing ability (even a little bit) that makes her seem even more appealing.

Also, I don't care if she can't dance. Any excuse for her to show more leg is fine by me.
