Frozen on one channel Tivo Bolt

    I have tried restarting my router and my TiVo bolt several times and nothing else. My Internet access is fine. When I restart the Tivo Bolt it returns to the same frozen screen. I can't change the channel. It's displaying a Tivo Update message. The one channel is in the top right corner in a small screen. My Tivo's in my other rooms work fine. It's just on the Bolt in this one room.
