Advertisements I can't find any other current info... my new (fall 07) update has occurred on my 3(quantity) "series 2" boxes. 2 boxes have crashed and needed to be rebooted. One has lost all color functions ton my TV (fixed now). ALL 3 ARE SLOW AS molasses. Can't get through to customer support (what a surpirise that is). Love my TIVO when all is fine (usually) but hate it when it fails. The one personal contact I had in CA has moved to NY and could care less about customer service. Any help? Anyone else have same issues?
