Advertisements Just because it SAYS it's "negotiating" doesn't mean that it is... I too was faced with this a few years ago until I decided to let it go until it REALLY failed - and guess what, it didn't - it eventually finished the call and I was good to go. I'm thinking that it's transferring the logs of your activity when it says it's negotiating, as the time spent "negotiating" is longer the longer I haven't made a call. So, try it again, and let it "negotiate" for as long as it needs to. I've had it take up to 20 minutes to "negotiate."
