Expand of /dev/sda would result in too many partitions. (6tB red - WD60EFRX)

    Hello,

I just upgraded my original hard drive in my Premier XL4 to a 6tB drive successfully.
I am able to see my recordings including the last show that I recorded. My space used went from 52% to 25% as expected given that the copy command expanded things to 4tB.

In a different post I was advised to issue "mfsadd -xM 4000 /dev/sda". When I did that, I got the above error. Can this issue be resolved by issuing "mfsadd -x /dev/sda"?

I have attached the full output from "mfsinfo -d" for the 6tB drive. Below is the partition list snippet.

Issue has been resolved. I should have followed the 6tB entry rather than having been told to follow the 8tB entry.
