Error 161-4.....?

    Hello,

    I just got two HD boxes and am getting a 161-4 code and suppose to call my cable company. They are working fine except not getting certain channels I am suppose to be getting and have them coming out on Friday after numerous phone calls (had them install the cable cards this last Saturday so less than a week).

    They seem to have no clue when I tell them about this code. Does anyone know what it is exactly so I can tell them or is it specific per cable company.
