A standard episode. Vince seems to think that he is made of money.

What I really found interesting was the bit going on behind the main action during the scene with PJ. The actors in the motion capture suits, including PJ walking around while on the phone, and what was going on in the monitor (with the CGI characters) was realtime.

A bit of the realworld seeping into the Entourage world as PJ is working on a couple of games.

And looks better than ever!!! Are we sure she really ever had a baby?

(the actress did in real life)

Her assistant walked in and complained that the kid puked on her.

Ari steps on it once again.

I thought this was a classic Ari episode, no outside, fake seeming, setups just ranting and raving, happy and angry in the office. Just great stuff.

I don't understand the Shauna love :) I also don't understand why she suddenly reappeared.

The Gary painting Drama stuff didn't really seem to develop. It was fun but there seemed to be no pay off.

Mary J. Blige is coming in for the biggest meeting of the year. Where is Ari's partner, Beverly Miller?

"Do you think someone is going to try to take an ad out in Variety dropping Vince's name and I'm not gonna hear about it?" She had to appear.

Yeah, there should have been some showing of the final photograph of the painting. Up on the internet next to E's Variety story, or something.

Mildly amusing episode, especially Ari firing the twin brothers. Other than that, eh, been there done that. Gary Busey, eh, Vince spending money, eh, even the publicist? Who cares. The only thing that seemed to be moving along is E getting an office and getting the run around. Of course I am comparing this to last week's classic.

Ari and his former boss "broke up." Former boss being male (Sloan's father). His new partner (he needed her money because of the bad breakup with the old guy) is female. Played by Beverly D'Angelo. She's a 51% owner in what is known as the Miller-Gold agency (Ari noted at the time that it sounded less like a talent agency and more like a beer). "MGA" is still on the walls in the office. Yet, Barbara Miller isn't there for the Mary J. meeting. Odd.

Well thank you aindik I was aware of all that :) I have a sketchy and probably incorrect memory of them having some kind of blow up sometime during this summers run.

To be quite honest her not being there never crossed my mind, doesn't strike me as odd (Ari has major clients she probably does also) and seems an odd thing to focus attention on.

I don't think Beverly D'Angelo has been on this latest season at all.

Maybe she will make an apperance.

I would kill for someone to produce a CD of Ari's greatest rants.

"Did you have sex as him or as you? I mean I'd like to cheat on my wife but with a blonde with big t*ts, not an exact f*ck*ng replica!"

    (Paraphrased, of course.)

I enjoyed this episode. From E learning the ropes in his new "official" role to Ari dealing with the twin agents...

    *pause*

I've just got to add...is no one else here a fan of The Sklar Brothers or the awesome ESPN Classic show they had, Cheap Seats)?

It was really cool to see them appear on this show all of a sudden.

I too was wondering why, if Mary J. Blige was such an important client, wasn't Beverly D'Angelo's character present for the pitch meeting?

Next week, Anna Faris appears as herself! Yay!

Great show, and yeah I love Cheap Seats, but c'mon, this episode was a complete trainwreck. Sometimes Entourage really flounders when none of the guys have absolutely anything to do.

Some great Ari lines, as usual.....Jeremy Piven definitely gets the best dialog of the show.

I disagree with Ari. I would find it unbelievably tempting to find out whether the other twin was as good / better in the sack. It would be too fascinating to me to resist.

Actually, at least one of them has appeared before, I believe in the episode that MGA was formed. I think it was Jim. Or was it Jeff? Who can tell them apart? ;)

The exact replica thing made my stomach hurt...
