I have a Premiere and successfully used Comcast's DIY move/pair my CC from my Premiere to my Roamio Plus without needing to call...I'm happy.

The website is easy login with your account number and phone number. The site displays the current info (it showed my Premiere with the CC) I chose the cable card ID and entered my new host and data.

That's all I wanted to post as I dreaded calling them.

That's great as originally it wouldn't allow you to re-pair a CableCARD that was already paired!

    In the ATL
It's been available for a couple of years at least, did the switch online 2 years ago with a new (to me) Roamio Plus after my old one was killed by lightning. Didn't have to call Comcast. It was flaky then, worked for me but others couldn't get it to work.

This didn't work for me when I tried it earlier this week (moving a CableCard from a dead Bolt+ to a replacement), but I was literally only on the phone with Comcast for 5 minutes, which isn't too bad.
