Download Failed-How to Delete?

    I experienced a "download failed error 57-8" on my iPad that would not finish after related attempts to restart it. I download the show again, watched it, deleted the download on my iPad, and then the show on my Tivo Bolt OTA. The failed download resided on my iPad in the Tivo app with the message "Recording no longer available". Is there any way to delete this remnant of a download from my iPad?
