sorry if this is not the correct forum, but here goes . . .

I am getting sat A & B perfect (90+), but my C is in the mid 60's. the latest storms in the so cal area are forcing my sat c to cut out.

I want to adjust my dish, but it would be nice if i knew which part needs to be adjusted. Meaning, my guess is the dish elevation is off, but i don't want to adjust anything until i confirm this.

Thanks in advance for the help.

I negelected to include, i did search on this subject and it seems every post delt with sat C errors. I do have the dish model that has the sat C add-on, but my hunch is my dish alignment is off. Maybe i should have asked, is it possible to be receiving 90+ signal on A & B, with C in the 60's (and no hardware issues)? Or, by having A&B in the 90's does this mandate any sat C issues would be hardware related?

    thanks.

Because of the dish geometry and the fact that Sat C (110-deg) is directly between the other satellites (Sat A at 101-deg and Sat B at 119-deg), you should have a great signal on Sat C if the other satellites are strong. So most likely something is wrong with your Sat C combiner, LNB or cabling.
