I was looking forward to this, but I didn't like it. I really don't even have much to say about it.

I'm just starting the thread because I would like to hear others thoughts as well.

    Sounds good from the premise:

I will be watching for at least a couple more eps..want to see what "they" do with those 50,000 e-mail addresses...

The performances are outstanding, especially Joy Nash as Plum, and Julianna Marguiles as Kitty-I love Julianna and she is so delightfully clueless and bitchy as Kitty! So different from any other role she has played!

I watched E01 last night and rather liked it. Not going anywhere for now, either.

Tried to watch the 'after show' thing that Aisha Tyler is hosting, as I like her, but I just couldn't hang. It was getting late, but I'm pretty sure I deleted it well before the episode ended.

I didn’t like it either. I forced myself to watch both episodes but I just couldn’t get into it.

I watched about 20 minutes of it yesterday until I got distracted. I'm not quite ready to give it up, but I'm not real excited to continue, either.

I thought it started off very strong but weakened as it went on...
The lead character is wonderful and I would watch just for her struggles
    - the conspiracy thing that emerged was the part that I started to lose interest in...

I LOVE Julianna Margulies but I was expecting a far more evil character based on the promos.

Huh, I was just the opposite from you. I thought it started out slow, but then I got more interested as it continued on. I'm in for now.

That was exactly what I thought! Fresh. Interiguing. Looking forward to the next episode.

What is Y? Some kind of diet drug or antidepressant?

That was the longest hour on television...one and done!

It's an anti-depressant. They seem to be switching up things slightly like calling Weight Watchers - Waist Watchers... Is there an anti-depressant that only goes by one letter?

I am a pharmacist and not to my knowledge-I thought of it as a slight pun on "X" (ecstasy) - "Y" instead of "X"-maybe? Like antidepressants are the answer to everything and make you so ecstatic? That was my thought anyway-

Edit-perhaps this should be an all-season thread?

Yeah - I was pretty sure "Y" was a made-up thing for the show. I assumed it was either an antidepressant or a diet aide. But never heard of anything actually called "Y".

I don't see a thread for episode 3 yet. Perhaps it makes the most sense to rename this thread and turn it into a full season thread?

I started the thread...it's fine with me if the mods change the title. I'm not watching the show anymore.

Watched about a half hour of E1 and did something I rarely do, deleted a SP before actually finishing one episode. I'm sure some will like it, but the show just wasn't for me. I recorded on a whim because it sounded interesting and had Juliana Margolies who I like. But it just seemed like another show geared at the younger crowd of self obsessed people. In the old days, maybe I stick with it for a few episodes, but in these days where I have so much else to watch, even in the summer (lots of Netflix stuff backlogged for example), I'll just pass.

I’m still watching this series and the Alisha Tyler after-show.
