is anyone else having a problem with desktop plus not working?
Works fine for me. When was the last time you used it?
If it was before April, then see this thread for the fix -> "Now Playing List Not Available"
what is the fix I can't find it ............. the desktop works ok but the desktop plus says not available my tivo can not find my computer (windows 7)

In April the certificates expired. The RAR file has new certificates. Other posts have more information.

7-zip is a good option for extracting the files from the RAR archive.
