DELETE hangs

    Is anybody else having a problem with deleting programs on a Bolt with Xfinity? It hangs for over a minute, than does not delete the program. On the next delete, the program is deleted. This seems to be happening once or twice a day. Also, after going to live TV from a recording, sometimes the control functions (rewind, pause) don't work. I have to go back to any recording and reenter live. The first problem has been happening for a couple of weeks, the second just started yesterday.

    I have a Bolt+ (without Xfinity) and it often does the same thing.

    I have Xfinity, using 2 Roamio Pros and a Premiere all on the TE3 UI and not experiencing this issue so far.

    Maybe only a Bolt issue?

    I have a Mini connected to a Roamio OTA and I occasionally have this problem. It seems to happen when trying to delete the show from the Mini.

    Occasionally happens with my Roamio and Mini on TE4.

    Random software bug.

    Oddly enough, I have a Premiere and it currently has one recording I can't get it to delete. I haven't rebooted yet but that might clear it out.

    Yeah that happened once or twice on my Roamio. Usually a reboot will clear it out.

    Yes I have experienced this with my Bolt also. I reported the pause/rewind not working properly to TiVo support but they told me not enough people had reported the issue for them to research and fix it. I didn’t report the delay with deleting.

    I have seen the Pause issue on my Roamio. It only happens randomly and I can't reproduce it on the fly so I have never tried to report it.

    if rebooting doesn't solve, tivo tech support used to be able to have an undeletable show manually deleted by next level support (pre-rovi). this happened to me once, i pm'd margret, and it was gone the next day.
