I hope they come back to the kid falling in love with the prostitute, and we find out it is because of how she was conservatively dressed. That will make it Larry's fault 2 times over!

Good show but for personal reasons I don't find any humor in PTSD and I could have done without the Revolutionary war bit. But the rest was pretty good. I always love Susie/Larry interactions.

Leon writing his name on his Super Big Gulp cup was a nice touch to add to the absurdity of him living with Larry.

Yes!!! The nuances are just great!
The whole ep was very Seinfeld-like but that scene with the waiter re-creating the faces... Hilarious!

I thought it was another solid episode. Hey, did you just make a face? Can we do a reset and pretend you didn't just read my post? Let's go back to before I posted this and start over.

Relatively weak yesterday, but still Fantastic!!! Why?.... If there is anyone a fan (as I am) of I'm Sorry/Andrea Savage, how great was that?!???!?!
For those who have not seen it, (most people) I'm Sorry is the woman's Curb.
Andrea is so much like Larry, the similarities in the two shows are so many - I feel strongly her show is homage. To see her in scenes with Larry was beyond great!! I only wish that is an arc that will continue.

I thought it was a weak start, but got better as the episode went on, and ended strong. The first part of the airplane scene was ridiculous, even by LD/CYE standards. There's a difference between being Larry, and being an idiot on a federally regulated flight. Has he not seen any United videos? :D

But the writing recovered, and quickly regained its footing. The tap water, the golfing foursome, the dressing room... good episode!

And some great guests this week. With both Elizabeth Perkins (Weeds) and Andrea Savage (Episodes), I though I was watching Showtime for a minute!

I forgot Andrea Savage was in Episodes...
That is unbelievable. She has been in my top four favorite shows of all time:
    Episodes, Veep, CYE, I'm Sorry.
That clinches it, she needs more time in Curb!!
I absolutely did not recognize Perkins, voice included-wow.

I recognized Andrea right away because of her swastika tattoo ;)

I love her as well, never hear of "I'm sorry"...will have to check that out.

I knew that Perkins looked familiar but could not place her!

How many hacks did the doctor get at that ball in the sand trap before he called a 4 for the hole?

You "Accidentally on purpose" texted me! I invented that (so George Costanza). Even for an average episode I was cracking up a lot. Only four episodes to go... NOOOOOOOOOOO!

I literally laughed out loud at Larry saying "I'm an excellent driver" as he walked away from the body shop.

    Sea9Ep7 / Namaste.
Except the final two minutes, one of the finest 1/2 hours of Curb yet.
I thought the prior ep was just ok (I still laugh every week), but this one was classic Larry.

It's not that they are too sensitive, it's that they are not sensitive enough. The spring in the horn is very strong/stiff, so it takes A LOT of effort to honk the horn. So if you want to say, give a short "reminder beep", it's actually very hard to do without it sounding like a "MOVE YOUR ASS OUT OF THE WAY" honk. I used to give polite "reminder beeps" when needed -- say a car is swerving into my lane, or someone is just not being a good driver -- but not anymore, it's just so hard to do that now, the only time I use the horn is in a real emergency or pending danger.

They're the worst. I'd be happy never to see Leon or Susie ever again.

This last episode was good, but as the step-parent of a kid with Asperger's Syndrome, they really didn't get what it's about, and just minded it for jokes. Maybe it was funny for people who don't really know what it's about, but for those of us who do, it was really offensive how they handled it. And I *never* get offended at stuff on TV.

I"m not sure this is the right show for you.

First, Leon and Susie are hilarious.

Second, they mine everything for jokes. That's what the show is about. Racism, Asperger's, Physical Handicap's, etc.

I know. But they could have done all the same jokes and gotten how Asperger's actually works at the same time. The way they did it looks like someone on the writing team heard about it once and wrote the jokes. I'm all for offensive humor, but at least get the facts straight.

Like in that cut scene clip with the toilet -- everyone knows unless a toilet is clogged, you can't just "fill it up" with water. If they're going to make a joke, do it right. Don't punt.
