I am intrigued by your ideas and would like to subscribe to your newsletter.
I like it!
Biggest Loser and Survivor.
Leave them on an island for 45+ days. See who loses the most (or who becomes the entree )
House and Bones.
House gets a patient with an unknown disease that he can't cure. Patient dies.
Bones hears about House's case. This unknown disease piques her interest so she travels to study the body and ultimately figures it out.
Bones belittles House like House belittles his team.
Ooooh, well played!
The Wire and Homicide Life on the Street. I'd love to see MacNaulty partnered up with Meldrick Lewis or watch Pembleton butt heads with the bosses on the Wire.
Add Journeyman in there, too.
I HATED this crossover because it was already established that Boston Public was a TV show in the Practice Universe (someone's alibi was that she was watching Boston Public at 9pm (or whatever time it was on) - which she repeated a number of times on the stand).
So when this crossover happened, I was very annoyed and felt used.
What about Bones and Sesame Street? I always thought there was something fishy about Mr. Hooper's death. Could it have been linked to the disappearance of Bruno the Trashman (who used to bring Oscar around)? I have some theories about this.
How about Glee and The Victoria's Secret Fashion Show????
We need Detective Munch to show up in Harlan on Justified.
"You gotta wear that cowboy hat?"
Of course in the end Munch and Raylan go their own ways as good friends.

I remember a Cheers and Saint Elsewhere crossover where the Doctors hung out at the Cheers bar. It didn't really mix well.
A more bizarre crossover was Start Trek TNG and Star Trek TOS where they were back in time or something and I remember Riker or somebody asking Worf how come the Klingons look so different compared to Worf and and Worf "We don't talk about it".
As far as something new it might be fun to have a quantum leap sort of show where somebody famous jumps into all their previous shows like Shatner going from Twilight Zone to Star Trek to Hooker to ... except he knows he is Kirk and he is stuck saying #!$% to his son.
Det. Wysocki and Sup. Colvin get boxed in for legal remedies so they hire the Leverage crew to sting Alderman Gibbons on "The Chicago Code."
IIRC, the conversation was over the history of Klingons and Romulans and the fact that they were once a united race. When asked why Klingons and Romulans look different, Worf replies with "We don't like to talk about it."
Bad memory on my part - it all blends together. I was referring to DS9 and this wikipedia description
Worf was asked why Klingons from the original series look so different from him.
and then he stayed to become a defense attorney.
Detective Munch has already been on Homicide, X-Files, L&O, The Beat, L&O: Trial By Jury, Arrested Development, The Wire, and L&O: SVU.
And looks like he is going to be on
Apologies for repeats...
How about House, and Scrubs when J.D. was actually learning?
Raising Hope with The Middle; Community with The Paper Chase; some obvious ones, Vampire Diaries with True Blood, Kitchen Nightmares with Julia Child, Wipeout with Battle of the Network Stars.
He's already been on
Also according to wikipedia he also went across the pond and played Munch on an episode of L&O:UK.
I have also thought many times that Scully and Mulder should be visiting with Fringe Division. Maybe Mulder's sister is from the "red" world.
