I have restarted the TiVo and Cox tuning adapter 2 times. I called Cox and they said they have gotten an influx of calls on this same issue this evening. Cox tech said his an dthe supervisors best guess is that TiVo had an update that messed with the tuning adapter. The tuning adapter isn’t working, it’s not being recognized at all. I have all of my channels but this error message pops up every 60 seconds more or less that says there is a problem with the tuning adapter I tried to call TiVo support but of course they are closed. Any suggestions?
