After transferring TiVo recordings to my computer, I'm having trouble burning them to DVDs. I believe the format is tivofile. A message says something about the file being larger than 2GB and therefore cant be stored in an ISO file system. It also mentions putting it in UDF format. I burned something as a UDF but it wont play in my DVD player. Any suggestions on how I can burn a tivofile onto a DVD? Thanks in advance.

UDF is the standard format for DVDs. So... you've solved the ISO problem by not using it - right? (ISO 9660 is the standard CD format, but can be used on data DVDs - subject to limitations such as the one you saw.)

I guess the first question is - why are you even asking this? Any program that knows it's burning a video DVD should create the UDF/bridge format without even asking you. It sounds like you're just sticking a file on a data DVD. ???
