Comcast Channels Missing--Solved

    Bloomington, IL Comcast just started self-install of CC. I self-installed in Houston 1 year ago, no problems.

    I had an S2 + Comcast box; NatGeo, HBO and others OK. Then upgraded to a Premier + CC.

    Pairing and activation OK but missing NatGeo, HBO and others: TiVo said "This channel is not authorized."

    Turns out it's nothing to do with pairing or staged hit. 3rd level tech deleted my rate (Comcast buzzword) then reentered it. Dunno if he had to do another staged hit.

    All channels OK. :up:
