    regarding the previews

Why on earth would you make such a cliffhanger with Sarah "dead" only to totally blow it about 10 seconds later in the preview for next week?!?

I thought this was the best episode of the season. It was vintage Chuck. Leading up to this, I was prepared to accept that this show might be cancelled because it's been pretty up-and-down this season after being so good for the last 3 seasons. But after this last ep, I will be truly sad if it is not renewed.

And the good/bad thing - we will know before the finale airs whether the show is coming back or not. NBC's up-fronts are being held on the morning of 5/16, mere hours before the finale airs.

But, yeah, agree about the preview spoilers.

Because it's the network advertising department that make up the previews, not the producers.

I wonder what the ratings will be on the season finale if they don't renew. I mean why bother watching, right? That's not to say I won't be watching. Live. So my view counts.

NBC needs to stop promoting "The Voice" and other "unscripted" programming and start promoting good, quality, entertaining television - starting with Chuck.

Enjoyed the brief scene of Mama B doing pull-ups using her bed ala T2.

My thoughts exactly, but I chalked it up to the promo department not really having any idea what the actual content and plot of the show is.
Unfortunately, they've tried promoting Chuck and just haven't seen very favorable results. Chuck is what it is at this point. The Voice, on the other hand, is new and can benefit from all that marketing.

I loved the Star Wars references. Chuck and Sarah leading prisoner Casey and then Chuck calling him Chewie. Sarah had no idea what he was talking about. That was a perfect set up for the later scene when Chuck was trying to motivate Morgan by humming the Imperial March and Morgan joined in and they were going crazy with it, all the while Sarah is sitting there completely baffled at what's going on.

you didn't really think Sarah was dead, did you?

Because it was a dream that Chuck was having, did no one else see this after the "wedding" scene"?

I enjoyed the episode and especially that bit with Jeff and Ellie. Perfectly played!

Morgan was fun this episode. "so how are the sunshine boys? Casey and the sunshine...oh you must have heard that one lots of times..."

And the Star Wars Dark side music. That was spot on what real geeks (me being one) would do.

I like the product placement for Comic Con. A mug by their bed.

That's how I saw it, but I think they were being too clever by half and assuming that everybody would see it that way.

Anybody who has watched chuck will watch the finale because year after year, in my opinion, Chuck has had the strongest finales of any of the shows I am watching.

I loved when the MI-6 guy popped up acting all British and started his monologue only to be shot dead.

I also loved Casey taking out the "Cleaners" through the window blinds. That was awesome.

I love the MI6 scene too. A great change on what usually happens, the guy says his monologue and then shot him!!

    As for the coming attractions:

The voice over said something to the effect of "We all were anticipating the wedding of Chuck and Sarah, but nobody thought THIS would happen. They go from a wedding scene to Sarah lying on a hospital bed.

That was great. I am glad they are using him to his best potential instead of dressing him up like a bartender.

so we are to believe that somehow the weapon works on a room full of people in seconds, yet Sarah survives? how do they hope to explain that?

loved the star wars references, even Casey got in on it with the "I've got a bad feeling about this" line when they were going into the caves/cells...

Don't forget Chuck's line to Casey when he was handcuffed: "Move-it wookie" or something like that.

While I have nothing but love for Sarah, imagine this show next season if she died? Chuck on a vendetta! The rules out the window. Less kung fu and more "killin', fool."

He and Casey would get along very well (and they would have to get a new hot partner).

The new Sarah could be hotter...or!! She could be Sarah's twin cousin, an agent from the Australian Secret Intelligence Service. A rogue, no nonsense, hot Aussie secret agent who has been tracking the Volkoff's crime syndicate and learned how deep it actually goes...do you dare go down the rabbit hole?
