You would check on the results/responses in your Tivo.com account under the support on the left side.
Do you know what “resolution sent” means? My reported problem still exists.
tried to resubmit and the page is now broken.
It took about a week for my last channel guide report to get fixed and with their email about the issue being resolved. (Guide was -3 hrs.).
they're working on it.
