Change length of 30-second skip

I have a zippered DTivo. I'm curious if there's a way to change the length of the 30-second skip to 15 or 20 seconds.

I know you can change it on a standalone Tivo, I'm just wondering if the fact that my DTivo is zippered will help me be able to change it?

This would be great for watching a football game when you don't have much time, to skip the huddle between plays. 30 seconds works for this too but there are enough times where they start the play before 30 seconds, that it would be nice to be able to customize it to 20 or 25 seconds instead.
