I'm having the same issue, but with all the HBO channels EXCEPT the original SD channel, on both cards. Tuning to these channels on either card pops up the friggin' cable card auth screen. I think the CC thingy was 02, I'll have to double check.

Stars and Showtime have no issues.. this is w/ COX btw.

    NYC and...
Pattont Your cards are not paired - Charter made the same mistake with my setup and i am missing MaxHD, StarzHD and some others - basically any copy protected channels wont come in until the cards ares paired. Check the Tivo website for screenshots and more info.
I have called Charter twice and was unable to find anyone who could pair the cards - am planning to try again with Tivo on the line.

Yeah sure enough, all my problem HBO channels have the CCI 0x02. Of course, trying to tell that to a phone jockey when they don't see it on their "issues list" is like repeatedly banging your head into a wall. It can't be a problem, sir, if it's not on my list. Very frustrating.

After poking around on our S3 last night, I discovered that CCI on Ch 196 is 0x02. On other channels in the same tier it's 0x00. I didn't look at HBO (normal or HD), or any other channels though.

Hopefully Charter will have this straightened out shortly with this new info.

I'm in the metro Atlanta area and BBC America is a problem for me as well. I've called Charter several times regarding this, before reading this post, and no one knew about the problem. It was until yesterday morning that Charter called and informed me that they have been aware (and the problem is on their end) of the problem for over a month. And have no time frame, but will continue to bill, for resolving it.

Finally after months of calls and visits from Charter technicians. My problems with BBC America, channel 196 has been resolved. The cause of the problem resulted from my initial installation in which none of the host information for the cable card was entered correctly on Charter's end. Amazing enough I was able to view every other channel except this one.

Any way on November 30 I Charter technician (not a contractor) arrived and after 15 minutes (in which he verified the host information and MAC address) I will be able to watch Torchwood (season final) this evening. Too bad I couldn't watch the entire season.:)

    BBCAmerica Update:
I had a technician out to resolve an unrelated issue. While he was here, I had him look at the CableCARD issue with BBCAmerica. He called it in, had them add the host info to my account and it was fixed. I had tried multiple times in the past calling on my own to no avail. Apparently, they had to work out some kinks over time as to how to enter the info in their system. They seem to have it ironed out now. So, Atlanta folks, if you were hesitant to call before (or called with no resolution), you might want to try again now.
