Pretty Bad but not nearly as horrible as Cavemen
I'm keeping my SP until ABC yanks it.
More laughs during this intro than in all of Caveman entirely. Compared to its lead in this show is hilarious but will probably get dumped because of the lead in. Timing is everything.
I did like underwear boy, though.
First season pass casualty in our household. It was... OK. The best thing I can say about it is that it doesn't have a laugh track.
No, I don't believe that's normal. But normal isn't usually funny.
Yep. I agree. I'll give it another go. It's an amusing way to spend 30 minutes. At least for now.
absolutely unwatchable, not funny in the slightest. SP canceled.
Well, I wonder how many people who claim to hate this show, but will return to thread crap future episodes -- meaning that they are still watching it.
I will keep enjoying the silliness of Carpoolers in spite of the premise.
The whole thing about the arrogant jerks in parking lots has actually happened to me when I visited my brother in another city.
I also like that it is shot at various outdoor locations, so there is no laugh track or studio audience prompted to laugh inappropriately at unfunny scenes as happens in staged shows like Frasier's -- I mean Kelsey Grammar's -- new show.
I would have never given this show a look but my wife wanted to see the first one. We enjoyed it and it has been added as a SP.
What a momumental bag of suck.
Just watched it. I thought it was good enough to keep the SP. I LOLed a few times in the pilot and a few times in episode 2. That happens rarely for me in sitcoms, so I'm keeping it for now.
As for the black guy driving a 90s Lexus--did ya see how many kids he has?? Wife obviously doesn't work (in or out of the home), so the car choice didn't bother me. The real estate flipping definitely did pull me out of the show momentarily.
The son, Marmaduke. Hmm. I wasn't enamored of him in the pilot.
