Yeah me too. Too bad that I have to wait UNTIL TOMORROW BECAUSE OF FREAKIN' COLLEGE BASKETBALL!!!!!!!

Lost is preempted for the Auburn vs. Kentucky college basketball game. I live in ARKANSAS!!! WHY!! Grrrrr!!!

They will air it at 12:36 tonight.

I hate KATV!

edit: oh lovely! And even better I just read an article saying it will be this way each and every wednesday night through Feb. 18th!!

Why can't they show the damn basketball at 12:35!!

Is there a non-spoiler site where I can refresh my memory about how last season ended? I know I've forgotten a lot. I don't want uber-detailed minutia, just the basics, with NO spoilers for this season or tonight.

I would just watch the one hour recap before the season starts. They don't have time to go into minutia in a recap show and you'll be sure to get all the high points.

Check out the iTunes store for free "episodes" of Lost Season 5, including something like a primer that should recap things.

(I'm being vague because I'm not in front of iTunes right now).

The two pieces of info I am most interested in learning, which may not be tonight, and may not be for a few eps are:

    1) What did Sawyer say to Kate before he jumped out of the helicopter

    2) When the Island moved, I assume that any matter in proximity went with it. Thus, I am looking for confirmation (or not) if the freighter went with it.

    3) And along with #2, did Jin die, or did he get blown off the freighter by the force of the explosion

    4) And if he is ok, did he get moved along with the freighter (or its remains) and some water, or is he floating in water without the Island being there.......

Not sure exactly how the 'late night'airings work with your station, but you may want to pad in case the game goes long and everything gets pushed back.

That's where I'm not sure about that as you obviously can't push everything back, but better safe than sorry?

It's comforting to know that I'm not the only one who had big blank spots of memory of last season--in spite of watching every ep twice and reading a zillion page thread each week. Can't wait!!

Feel free to spoilerize, but my TIvo missed the 10-15 min between when the scientist walked past Dr. Candle and when Locke saw the plane.

Can someone fill me in on what happened in there?? Quickly???

Your question is a spoiler for anyone on the west coast. Isn't your own thread enough?

I really wish I could get Lost in HD! ABC is the only channel we can't get OTA and since we have DirecTV and they haven't provided HD locals in our market yet (even though there are markets a lot smaller who already have them ) then I'm out of luck.

Oh well, fuzzy Lost is better than no Lost.

How much or how little was revealed is irrelevant.

Nice attitude; dismissing my concerns, yet you had to scramble around the forum to fill-in the 10-15 mins you missed. Here's two for you :rolleyes:

I came in from work all excited I would be watching Lost on Tivo for the first time and something went terribly wrong... My tivo which was scheduled correctly with 5 minutes before and after just in case, recorded from the middle of the first episode and stoped before the end of the second... I live in Florida. did this happen to anybody else? Is ABC messing around?

TiVo doesn't have the ability to negative pad (start late and/or end early) so I have no idea how that happened. I can't imagine it had anything to do with the guide data either, because nobody else is reporting similar problems. Are you sure your TiVo didn't reboot itself a couple of times? That's the only thing I can think of.

Ugggh! Even worse, when they re-aired it, it was in SD!

This week, I can grab it in HD on Saturday night, but it doesn't look like ABC is re-airing it on Saturday night week.

I sent messages from their web site to the Sales and Programming departments and the general manager complaining about this. I'm sure they'll have an excuse about not having the equipment to time shift in HD, but that's ludicrous. If I can time shift in HD, so can they.

Will anyone else in KATV's viewing area send them messages complaining about re-airing in SD as well? I'm sure it will help if more complain.
