Can't stream - audio unusable

    I'm new to Tivo so... I have tried to use Netflix, Amazon, HBO go through my TIVo and on all the audio is totally chopped and sputtering - totally usable. Can't understand a thing. When I try to watch via my smart TV not using TIVO - audio is fine.

    Any ideas?

    How about iHeartRadio? Low bit rate.

    I call it stuttering. Usually a low bandwidth issue. But not always.

    I'll try iHeart - I have 100 meg Spectrum service and speed test shows that - and again if I use my TV's connection directly to the Internet streaming works fine.

    As for audio, you could also see if the problem goes away if you set the TiVo to PCM audio. Just something to test. Most free streaming is PCM. Most $$$ streaming is DD+.

    Was out of town so didn't get to test until now. PCM seems to have fixed the problem. Thank and again Thanks
