Can't sign in to Manage My Account

    Hi,

    I was just looking at the System Info screen on my S3 and I noticed that the TiVo's name ("HD TiVo") was gone, and it said something like "Sign into your account on tivo.com to name this DVR." Hmmm.....strange, since it was named in the past and I haven't changed anything.

    So I go to tivo.com and click Manage My Account. It looks like it is loading, and then it redirects to https://www3-sjweb04.tivo.com/tivo-mma/index.do and it fails.

    Anyone else having problems logging into Manage My Account?

    Yep same here, plus a show that I set to record on season pass does not record, it records a different show.

    It's working now - at least for me.

    As far as the S3 name problem is concerned - Have you searched the S3 forum for the problem? AFAIK it's a fairly common problem, but it doesn't appear to actually cause any problems,

    No, I had not searched for the naming problem. I wasn't really worried about it, I was just going to sign in and change it. I've never had the problem before and hadn't really seen it discussed. I don't particularly care about the name, I just want Unbox downloads to go to the right DVR.

    Anyhow, I am now getting into Manage my Account. Thanks!
